The Central Board of Secondary Education releases the CBSE Class 10 date sheet on the official website of CBSE, i.e., cbse.gov.in. When will CBSE Class 10 date sheet 2024 release?

As CBSE Class 10 Board Exam 2024 marking scheme is out, the Board is likely to release the CBSE 10th Date Sheet 2024 soon. While the CBSE Class 10 date sheet 2024 is yet to be released, students must note that CBSE Class 10 Board Exams 2024 will be conducted between February 15, 2024, and April 10, 2024. Students who have registered to appear for CBSE Class 10 Board Exams 2024 must note that both Practical and Theory Exams will be conducted as per CBSE Class 10th Timetable 2024.

CBSE Class 10 Marking Scheme 2024 RELEASED

CBSE marking scheme for Class 10 board exams 2024 for both theory and practical is now out. According to the CBSE Class 10 Marking Scheme, the maximum marks allotted to each subject is 100 with marks distribution among theory, practical, project and internal assessment components. The CBSE 10th marking scheme is released for 83 subjects.

The marks for practical exams for class 10th subjects such as Music, Painting, Computer, Retail, Information Technology, Security, Introduction to Financial markets, Healthcare, Multimedia, etc are 50. Mentioning about the need to introduce marking scheme, the board said, "It has been observed that schools are committing mistakes while uploading the marks in respect of practical/project/internal assessment. To aid and assist the schools in smooth conduct of these practical/project/internal assessment and conduct of theory examinations, a list of subjects for classes 10 and 12 containing the details is attached with the circular for information."

Meanwhile, CBSE Class 10 practical dates for winter-bound schools are announced. Students must note that CBSE Date Sheet 2024 for both theory and practical exams is awaited. However, the Board has released Class 10 practical exam dates for winter-bound schools. Explaining the reason behind different dates, the board stated that according to the dates announced by the Board earlier, CBSE Class 10 practical exams in all affiliated schools are scheduled from January 1, 2024.
